LPC / English for Aviation

Aero Locarno offers a variety of General English and Aviation English courses: these classes meet all needs, they are addressed to pilots who only need to improve their language skills, or specially designed to prepare Flying and Ground Personnel who need to sit the compulsory Language Proficiency Test.
 
Among all the courses we highlight:

• Towards Language Proficiency: level 4, 5 and 6 (Course options: 40/20 hours, individual/groups)
• Familiarizing with the Exam Format (8 hours)
• ‘Give it a try’ (a two hour session, with a test simulation)

Course design and delivery is taken care of by our instructor Sabrina Di Paolo, Cambridge Assessment English Teacher and Examiner and AELP Rater.

She has a Degree cum laude in English Language and Literature, a Cambridge Celta Certificate, holds a C2 Grade A level Certificate of Proficiency in English.
She started teaching soon after university, but left this profession on hold to fulfil another of her dreams: becoming a Cabin Crew Manager. During her flying career she covered many roles: Instructor, Controller, Senior Cabin Crew Member, CRM Facilitator, Cabin Crew Director.
 
Today, back to her first love, she makes the most of Aviation English teaching, developing tailor-made courses for students of all levels.
She teaches Business English, English for Academic Purposes, Clil, General English, Cambridge Exams Preparation and, of course, Aviation English.
